Shipping Policy

* Exchange & Return Available within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the item is in its original condition with the original label attached.
* To request a refund or exchange, please contact us and we will arrange a courier pickup. Shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
* You can also visit any of our branches to complete the exchange or return in person.
* Inspection upon delivery is available.
You are welcome to inspect your order upon delivery while the courier is present. If you decide to reject the order after inspection, the shipping fee will be deducted from the amount paid in advance, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Care Instructions:
Please take care when trying on items. We cannot accept items with makeup stains, perfume, or other signs of wear.
